    MB: prime B550-Plus, Ryzen 3 (I think - can't remember exactly which), 32gb RAM. About 2 years old, worked fine until today. Now on power-up the Q-leds DRAM, CPU and VGA all blink once, then repeat. Is this a failed CPU or MB? Thanks, D Mac

    I have an rog zephyrus m16 Mine is at 17% when I unplug it shuts down immediately, also the charging indicator (light) isn't turning on. But when plugged and turned on it shows the charging symbol on screen but the percentage doesn't increase. I paid so much for this laptop it hasn't even been a year since I bought it 😭

    Hello @asus support I have a question. I have Motherboard ROG Strix B760--A Gaming Wi-Fi and have bought compatible RAM as per the Support CPU/RAM list in your support page for the specific model of motherboard that I purchased; however, when I turn on the power the CPU Led turns on Red for a second then shuts off and followed to that the DRAM Amber light turns on and it remains on and there's no boot. RAM Sticks have RGB Light so that stays on, CPU Fan stays on (also has RGB), Tower Case has 3x RGB Fans and those stay on as well, everything seems to be turning on except there is no boot process and the DRAM Amber light stays on. I doubled checked the Model of the (2x) RAM Sticks were compatible as well to place them in the correct DIM Slot (A2 and B2). Thank you

    my laptop model is G551J but i cannot find it anywhere in the website. what could it mean? is my laptop a prototype? is it a mistake? is it a fake??

      @@asus_support en la ventana principal del BIOS me lee la memoria externa conectada al USB pero en opciones y avanzado no me da la opción de elegir al USB como prime unidad der buteo. Tenga o no tenga nada dentro debería dejarme seleccionarlo porque que pasaría si se rompe el OS y no tengo esa memoria USB? Tendría que tener otra PC con Windows e internet más la memoria o tendría que ir a un técnico solo porque la BIOS no da opción de elegir cualquier USB
